2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATIONS

Families may apply online now for the 2025-2026 school year. You may also apply by downloading the application here, filling it out and returning it to CQA at 88-14 Justice Avenue, Elmhurst. Copies of the application can also be picked up at the front desk at that address.

The deadline to be included in our admissions lottery is April 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

For families applying to Kindergarten, 1st grade or 2nd grade:
When submitting an application online, you will automatically be applying to both CQA I and CQA II. When submitting a paper application, you will apply to both CQA I and CQA II by checking the box on the application (see below in red).

Admissions Lottery

The lottery Process

CQA enrolls scholars by a lottery system. Applications that are received before midnight on April 1, 2025 will be included in our lottery, which will take place in early April. Applications received after the deadline will be added to our waitlist in the order in which they are received and families will be notified if a seat becomes available.


Open House Events

CQA will hold open house events for families of Kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade applicants. Families are invited to visit the school, meet our staff and ask questions.

Thursday, December 19th 6pm to 7pm
Saturday, January 25th 9am to 10:30am
Thursday, March 13th 6pm to 7pm
